The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay, but the travel desk services were quite disappointing. Dining options were adequate, with delicious vegetarian food, though breakfast could have had more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but some elements need improvement for a true 4-star experience.
